  • WE WILL HAVE VENDORS INSIDE THE CELLARS IN THE BAR AREA & MAIN CELLAR BARREL ROOM - AT SMALLER 6’ TABLE BOOTHS.

  • VENDORS WILL ALSO BE ON THE PATIO & IN THE LOT CONNECTING THE MAIN TASTING ROOM TO THE CELLARS IN 10X10 TENT / BOOTHS - WITH FOOD TRUCKS & LIVE MUSIC!!

  • WE ARE LOOKING PARTICULARLY FOR VENDORS WHO WILL HAVE GREAT TAKE AWAY WARES FOR ALLAGASH’S TOURIST CROWD! LET’S SHOW THEM WHAT WE’RE MADE OF!

  • HOPING TO HAVE INTERACTIVE ATTRACTIONS & ARTIST DEMOS! THERE WILL BE A DISCOUNTED BOOTH FEE FOR THIS OPTION! To be CLEAR the discounted booth is for - if your attraction isn’t something you charge normally for / usual profit at your booth.

  • THERE IS NO RAIN DATE! THERE WILL BE AN OPTION ON THE APPLICATION OF WHERE YOU WOULD LIKE TO BE PLACED.

  • IF WEATHER IS UNFAVORABLE THERE WILL BE SPACES RESERVED IN THE CELLARS TO MOVE VENDORS IN WILLING TO DOWNSIZE THEIR SET UP.

  • BOOTH FEE FOR GUARANTEED INSIDE 6’ TABLE ( 5’ DEEP BY 8’ WIDE) SPACE OR FOR 10X10 NON DEMOING IS $130. IF YOU ARE DEMOING OR OFFERING AN INTERACTIVE ACTIVITY - BOOTH FEE IS $75! THERE ARE LIMITED SPACES FOR EITHER OPTION.

  • APPLICATION CLOSES JUNE 16TH - ACCEPTANCES GO OUT BY JUNE 17TH. BOOTH FEE IS DUE BY JUNE 19TH.

2026 tour dates!!

It’s shaping up to be a busy 2026 - there will be more vendor calls than ever!


every MARKET IS a SEPARATE vendor call & APPLICATION process- with SEPARATE juried ACCEPTANCES.

Apps typically open two months before an event - & stay open for two weeks. Juried & then acceptances go out days after closing.

Vendor calls are announced on our social media OR you can now subscribe to vendor calls!

EACH ROUND OF APPs are JURIED TO CURATE DIVERSE, UNIQUE, & well rounded EVENTS.

Vendor acceptance is based on quality, originality, experience, & professionalism. Social media & web presence preferred but not mandatory. If the jury can’t clearly view your work it will make it hard for your app to stand out.

All of our events are thoughtfully curated, to keep things fresh. We try to have a little bit of everything represented from every practice/craft, & to feature as much varied talent as possible.
