It’s shaping up to be a busy 2026 - there will be more vendor calls than ever!
every MARKET IS a SEPARATE vendor call & APPLICATION process- with SEPARATE juried ACCEPTANCES.
Apps typically open two months before an event - & stay open for two weeks. They are then juried - acceptances go out days after closing.
EACH ROUND OF applications is JURIED TO CURATE DIVERSE, UNIQUE, & well rounded EVENTS.
Vendor acceptance is based on quality, originality, experience, & professionalism. Social media & web presence preferred but not mandatory. If the jury can’t clearly view your work it will make it hard for your app to stand out.
All of our events are thoughtfully curated, to keep things fresh. We try to have a little bit of everything represented from every practice/craft, & to feature as much varied talent as possible.

Claire is a Brunswick based illustrator inspired by her experience working as a national park ranger and environmental educator. In addition to working with clients including DK Publishing and Down East Magazine, she teaches watercolor and ink workshops that weave together art and ecology throughout her home state of Maine. She is currently traveling Iceland & Greenland, profiling a climate scientist for a book project! BUT will be back in time to join the Block Party so you can shop her art prints, stickers, tea towels, cards, and *new* handmade pillows and bags ~ which have a very limited supply!
Info for vendors:
It’s a night market! 4pm -8pm Set up can start at 2pm. I am told last years attendance was guessed around 5000 - 6000 people!
We will be indoors in Wild Oats dinning room where we won’t have to worry about light. The dinning room will be open for bar service so there will be lots of foot traffic coming into the space - surrounded by most of the other attractions that will be happening on the lawn & lot between Wild Oats & Flight Deck.
Booths are for 6’ table vending - measured at 5’x8’ tightly abutted spaces.
Vendor fee is $140.
Application will close July 21st. Acceptances will go out by July 24th. Booth payments will be due by July 31st. .

SABRINA IS A MAINE BASED FREELANCE GRAPHIC DESIGNER - SPECIALIZING IN BRANDING, & PRODUCT & WEBSITE DESIGN. HER OWN PERSONAL MERCH & ILLUSTRATIONS ARE SO FUN & WITTY YOU WILL WANT TO COLLECT IT ALL!
Sabrina’s - ‘small-batch art prints and greeting cards are made in her Westbrook studio using a metallic foiling technique that gives her art a unique shine. Sabrina uses a process called toner-reactive foiling (or“sleeking” as it’s known in the commercial printing world) which is a uniquely accessible way to create foil art! Recently, Sabrina started offering a workshop where students can sign up to get hands-on experience with metallic foil printing in a casual and cozy environment. Since her start in 2021, her product offerings have grown to include a monthly print club, apparel, keychains, and original art stickers!’
