This event hopes for sunshine vibes on the outdoor patio! If the weather does not deliver we will be moved inside Wild Oats’ dinning room. Not both - one or the other.
Vendor spaces for either scenario will be measured for 5’x8’ abutted spaces. AKA small 6’ table spaces with a bit of wiggle for creative set ups.
If you prefer to have a larger vending footprint?? Weather permitting there is an option to choose to have a 10x10 tent out on the grass located around the patio. However there is no rain date! So if the event moves inside there will be no space to offer vendors that choose to set up in tents. Booth payment will be the same, but if opting for a tent space - only a deposit to hold your spot, will be requested until it’s clear we can welcome you to successfully set up outside.
Booth payment is $120.
Application will remain open till March 13th. Acceptance will go out by 3/17. If accepted booth payment is due by 3/27.

every MARKET IS a SEPARATE vendor call & APPLICATION process- with SEPARATE juried ACCEPTANCES.
Apps typically open two months before an event - & stay open for two weeks. Juried & then acceptances go out days after closing.
Vendor calls are announced on our social media.
EACH ROUND OF APPs are JURIED TO CURATE DIVERSE, UNIQUE, & well rounded EVENTS.
Vendor acceptance is based on quality, originality, experience, & professionalism. Social media & web presence preferred but not mandatory. If the jury can’t clearly view your work it will make it hard for your app to stand out.
All of our events are thoughtfully curated, to keep things fresh. We try to have a little bit of everything represented from every practice/craft, & to feature as much varied talent as possible.
